Since we were unable to get Day 5 of the study online, we are going to combine Day 5 & 6 together. You can see that on Day 5, there is a bit of browning showing on the bananas inside of the Green Bags but not to the level that is on the banana outside of the Green Bag. On Day 5 the coverage of browning on the outside banana is around 50%, compared to only 30% on the bananas inside the Green Bag. For Day 6, we did wipe the moisture out of the Green Bags to start today's observation. Looking at the banana outside of the Green Bag, the coverage of browning is now at 60%. Compared to the bananas inside the Green Bag only showing 40% coverage of browning. If you have any questions with regards to Debbie Meyer's Green Bags, please do not hesitate to send an email.
