| AeroGarden - Salad Greens - Day 47 |

It's been 10 days since our last entry on our AeroGarden with the salad greens kit is that there are some "vines" growing. This is has been caused by each of these producing alot of leaves, with our last harvest on Sunday (July 6th) we trimmed several of these off. Because they were starting to get twisted, and was causing some of the new growth in the AeroGarden As you can see that the pod that we trimmed down more than recommended is recovering, may take a few more days to have leaves to harvest. But it looks much better than it did before our last harvest. Looking the rest of the garden, you can see there is alot of growing continuing. We will need to harvest tonight or tomorrow at the latest, harvesting is taking place twice a week. You need to also remember, to remove any dead leaves at the bottom of each pod. Again this is normal, but could cause some new growth to die if they grow through the dead leaves. Suzette had a salad last night, with a Poppyseed dressing and she said that it was delicious.
