Later in the evening on Wednesday, we decided that we would go ahead and do a 2nd harvest of our AeroGarden Salad Greens. The reason we decided harvest, was after looking at the number of plant growth underneath, you could see that they were not getting the amount of light they needed.

So, we proceeded and conducted our 2nd harvest of the season. Again, making sure to only cut no more than 1/3 of the leaves per plant we ended up with a quite plentiful 2nd harvest.

After we took these pictures, we did take our harvest and place it in into a Debbie Meyer's Green Bag to keep it fresh. We've had such great success with these Green Bags, as you can see from our Green Bags Study.
