It has been a few days since we harvested our Salad Greens for the first time, from our AeroGarden. I will have to say this, it was the freshest tasting salad that we've ever had. Probably part of the reason why it tasted so good, is that we grew it ourselves. So, I guess you could call it some self-gratification knowing that we had grown this great tasting salad. Upon checking the AeroGarden today, you can definitely see how the plants are growing new growth and a pretty quick pace. Looking how they have grown over the last few days, we'll probably have to harvest again very soon. Since we haven't added an AeroGarden blog in a few days, we have still taken daily pictures.
