We ended up with a decent amount of Salad Greens from our first harvest of our AeroGarden You can rinse your harvest after completed, but since you know that it hasn't been exposed to pesticides or other unknown items you don't need to worry about it. We found that putting our harvest into a Debbie Meyer's Green Bags; and place in the refrigerator for about an hour, helped crispen up the lettuce nicely. As good as the Salad Greens are, I'm doubtful that they will last very long in there as great tasting as they are. But, if you need to store your harvest it'll stay fresh for quite awhile.
