We are now at the 1 week (plus 2 days), for our study Celery Hearts using Debbie Meyer Greens Bags. On Day 8 the celery was still so fresh in the Green Bags, that we actually took at ate a piece of celery. The celery was so fresh, it was like we had just purchased the celery that day. Compared to the celery that is in the ziplock container, would have been quite an unpleasant tasting celery. As you can see from the pictures below, that the celery in the container looks dried out and shrunken. Compared to that which has been stored in the Green Bags, it's almost like night and day in comparison.
